Amendment of section 43

Section 43 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “trafficking” wherever it appears in subsections (1), (2), (3) and (4)(a) and substituting in each case the word “dealing”;

(b)

by deleting the words “7 years” in subsection (5)(a) and substituting the words “10 years”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “trafficking” in the section heading and substituting the word “dealing”.
