Amendment of section 46

Section 46 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “trafficking” in subsections (1)(a), (2) and (3) and substituting in each case the word “dealing”;

(b)

by deleting the words “7 years” in subsection (6)(a) and substituting the words “10 years”; and

(c)

by deleting the word “trafficking” in the section heading and substituting the word “dealing”.
