Amendment of section 48C
Section 48C of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “prescribed amount” in subsection (1), the words “(or its equivalent in a foreign currency)”;
(b)
by deleting subsection (4); and
(c)
by deleting the words “subsection (5)(a), (c) and (d)” in subsection (6) and substituting the words “this section”.
