Amendment of section 53

Section 53 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “a foreign country” in subsection (1), the words “or part thereof”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “that country” in subsection (1)(a) and (b), the words “or part thereof”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “the foreign country” in subsection (2)(a) and (b), the words “or part thereof”.
