Clause 6
Amendment of section 31
Section 31 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “trafficking” in subsections (1) and (3)(a) and substituting in each case the word “dealing”;
(b)
by deleting subsection (7); and
(c)
by deleting the word “trafficking” in the section heading and substituting the word “dealing”.
