Amendment of section 193DE

Section 193DE(2) of the Copyright Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (a); and

(b)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(c)prescribe the reasonable efforts required to be made by an owner or exclusive licensee of copyright in any material, for the purposes of section 193DDB(3).”.
