Amendment of section 252C

Section 252C of the Copyright Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “subsection (2)(b)(iii)” in subsection (3), the words “, or a notice under section 252CDB(1)(b),”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “subsection (4)(b)(iii)” in subsection (5), the words “, or a notice under section 252CDB(1)(b),”.
