Amendment and renaming of Schedule
The principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the Schedule reference of the existing Schedule and substituting the following Schedule reference:“Sections 16(3), 29(2) and (3), 31(1), 32(1), 46 and 47”;
(b)
by deleting the words “a foreign drug offence or offences” in paragraph 21(1) of the existing Schedule and substituting the words “one or more foreign offences”;
(c)
by deleting the word “drug” in paragraph 21(1)(b) and (c) of the existing Schedule; and
(d)
by renaming the existing Schedule as the Third Schedule.
