Clause 10

Miscellaneous amendments

The principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “this Act” wherever they appear in sections 9(1), 14 and 16(b), the words “and any regulations made thereunder”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “All moneys collected under section 8(f)” in section 15(2) and substituting the words “Subject to sections 25A(3) and 25B(4), all moneys collected under this Act or any regulations made thereunder”.
