Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the definition of “Chief Executive”, the following definition:“ “committee member” means a member of any committee appointed under section 13(1);”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the definition of “Fund”, the following definition:“ “inspecting officer” means any person appointed as an inspecting officer under section 11(2);”.
