Clause 1
Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Land Acquisition (Amendment) Act 2014 and shall, with the exception of section 12, come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(2) Section 12 is deemed to have come into operation on 7th July 2014.
