Clause 14

Section 49 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(4) A management corporation for a strata title plan may express any desire under subsection (1) for the whole of the land comprised in the strata title plan to be acquired under this Act, but only if the subsidiary proprietors constituting the management corporation for the strata title plan so agree to the acquisition of the whole of the land by a resolution by consensus referred to in section 85A(5) of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.”.
