Agreement not to appeal from Family Court exercising civil jurisdiction
No appeal shall lie from any judgment or order of a Family Court exercising civil jurisdiction if, before the judgment or order is given or made, the parties agree in writing signed by them or their solicitors that the judgment or order shall be final.
