Clause 51

The Central Provident Fund Act (Cap. 36, 2013 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “High Court” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “court”:Sections 2(3)(a) and (4)(d)(i) and 70(10) (paragraph (c)(i) of the definition of “relevant person”).
