Clause 56

Consequential amendments to Employment Act

Section 75 of the Employment Act (Cap. 91, 2009 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Juvenile Court” and substituting the words “Youth Court”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “Juvenile Court” in the section heading and substituting the words “Youth Court”.
