Clause 62

by deleting the word “or” at the end of section 32(3)(a);

by deleting paragraph (b) of section 32(3) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(b)a judge (however described) of a Family Court or Youth Court, or the registrar, the deputy registrar or an assistant registrar of the Family Justice Courts; or

a judge (however described) of a District Court or Magistrate’s Court, or the registrar or a deputy registrar of the State Courts.”;

by inserting, immediately after the words “listed as a tout under” in section 78(1)(e), the words “section 39 of the Family Justice Act 2014,”; and

by deleting the definitions of “court” and “Registrar” in section 116(1) and substituting the following definitions:“ “court” means the High Court, a Family Court, a District Court or a Magistrate’s Court, and includes the Registrar;“Registrar” means the Registrar of the Supreme Court, the registrar of the Family Justice Courts or the registrar of the State Courts, and includes —

the Deputy Registrar or an Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court;

the deputy registrar or an assistant registrar of the Family Justice Courts; and

a deputy registrar of the State Courts;”.
