Clause 68

Section 2 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act (Cap. 178A, 2012 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) In sections 20, 28 and 29, “court” means the High Court or a Family Court.”.
