Clause 12

Amendment of Newspaper and Printing Presses Act

Section 10 of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act (Cap. 206, 2002 Ed.) is amended by deleting subsection (9) and substituting the following subsection:“(9) Section 176 of the Companies Act (Cap. 50) (other than subsections (1) and (1A) thereof) shall have effect in relation to the requisition under subsection (8).”.
