Amendment of section 191

Section 191 of the Companies Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “company” where it first appears in subsections (1) and (3) and substituting in each case the words “public company”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “company” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “public company”.
