Amendment of section 192

Section 192 of the Companies Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “company” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “public company”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “company” where it first appears in subsections (3) and (4) and substituting in each case the words “public company”.
