Amendment of section 215B
Section 215B of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (c) of subsection (1) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(c)the full name of every director of the amalgamated company;
(ca)the residential address or alternate address, as the case may be, of every director of the amalgamated company which is entered in the register of directors kept by the Registrar under section 173(1)(a) in respect of the company;”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “section 27(12)” in subsection (5)(b) and substituting the words “section 27(12B)”.
