Amendment of section 215E
Section 215E(1) of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a), the following paragraph:“(aa)any solvency statement made under section 215C(2) or 215D(5), as the case may be;”;
(b)
by deleting the words “section 215C or 215D” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “section 215C(3) or 215D(6)”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “section 27(12)” in paragraph (d) and substituting the words “section 27(12B)”.
