Clause 151

Section 328 of the Companies Act is amended by deleting subsections (2) and (2A) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) The amount payable under subsection (1)(b) and (c) shall not exceed such amount as may be prescribed by the Minister by order published in the Gazette.”.
