Clause 182

Part I of the Sixth Schedule to the Companies Act is amended by deleting the words “Names, descriptions, and addresses of directors or proposed directors” and substituting the words “Names and descriptions and residential addresses or alternate addresses of directors (as entered in the register of directors kept by the Registrar under section 173(1)(a) in respect of the company) or proposed directors”.
