Amendment of section 30

Section 30(4) of the Companies Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (a)(ii);

(b)

by deleting sub‑paragraphs (iii) and (iv) of paragraph (a); and

(c)

by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)where, by a special resolution referred to in paragraph (a), the constitution of the company is altered or added to — a copy of the constitution as altered; and”.
