Amendment of section 9
Section 9 of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “the fee set out in the Second Schedule” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “the prescribed fee”; and
(b)
by deleting subsection (5) and substituting the following subsection:“(5) The Minister may delegate his power under subsections (2) and (3) to any person charged with the responsibility for the registration or control of public accountants.”.
