Clause 18

Change of registered business name

(1)

An application by a person to change the person’s registered business name is to be lodged with the Registrar.

(2)

Upon the approval of the application, the Registrar is to issue to the applicant a notice of change of registered business name stating the date of the change.

(3)

Any application for a change of a registered business name is subject to section 17.
