Clause 18

by inserting, immediately before the words “Licensing Officer” in sections 3(b), 6, 7 and 15(2), the word “appropriate”;

by inserting, immediately after the word “application” in section 6, the words “under section 5 in respect of the licence”;

by deleting the words “for a licence” in section 7 and substituting the words “under section 5,”;

by inserting, immediately before the word “Minister” in section 15(1), the word “appropriate”; and

by deleting the words “Any Licensing Officer or” in section 18(1) and substituting the words “The Licensing Officer or any”.
