Clause 16

The principal Act is amended by renumbering section 83 as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) The Director-General may recover, from the owner or occupier of the premises in which any work or act referred to in subsection (1) is executed, the costs and expenses reasonably incurred in the execution of such work or act.”.
