Amendment of section 16H

Section 16H of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) Where the total amount standing to the credit of a member of the PSE Fund in his PSE account has been paid to the Public Trustee under subsection (1), the member’s PSE account shall be closed and he shall cease to be a member of the PSE Fund.”.
