Amendment of section 13Y

Section 13Y of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “31st March 2015” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “31st March 2019”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a) of subsection (3), the following paragraph:“(aa)provide for renewal of an approval;”.
