Amendment of section 11

Section 11 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “common fund” wherever they appear in subsection (1) and substituting in each case the words “Common Fund”; and

(b)

by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“What are not to be included in Common Fund”.
