Amendment of section 16

Section 16 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “common fund” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “Common Fund”; and

(b)

by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“Government guarantee in regard to moneys included in Common Fund”.
