Consequential amendments to other written laws
(1)
The Fifth Schedule to the Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners’ Protection Schemes Act (Cap. 77B, 2012 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “section 10(1)” in paragraph 2(b) and substituting the words “section 10(1B)”.

Section 2 of the Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) Act (Cap. 189, 2000 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “includes” in the definition of “Public Trustee”, the words “a Deputy Public Trustee and”.
(3)
Section 2 of the Probate and Administration Act (Cap. 251, 2000 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “includes” in the definition of “Public Trustee”, the words “a Deputy Public Trustee and”.
