Amendment of section 32
Section 32 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “Part IXA” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “Part IVA”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “Part IXA and any rules made under section 130W” in subsection (2)(c) and substituting the words “Part IVA and any rules made under section 36M”.
