Amendment of section 39
Section 39 of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(b)all foreign lawyers who —
(i)
are members of the Society by reason of section 40A(1); or
(ii)
are admitted to membership of the Society under section 40A(2);
(c)
all persons who are admitted to membership of the Society under section 41; and
(d)
all persons who are elected as honorary members under section 42.”.
