Amendment of section 74

Section 74 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “by the Attorney-General under section 130I” in subsection (2)(a) and substituting the words “under section 36B”;

(b)

by deleting the words “by the Attorney-General under section 130N” in subsection (2)(b) and substituting the words “under section 36E”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “, after consulting the Attorney-General,” in subsection (3).
