Amendment of section 95

Section 95 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “advocate and solicitor” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “regulated legal practitioner”;

(b)

by deleting the words “an advocate and solicitor” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “a regulated legal practitioner”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “the advocate and solicitor” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “the regulated legal practitioner”.
