Clause 53

Section 98A of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) Where the court has ordered a regulated legal practitioner to pay a penalty under section 98, the regulated legal practitioner shall pay the penalty to the Registrar of the Supreme Court.”.
