Clause 55

Amendment of section 106A

Section 106A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (b)(i); and

(b)

by deleting sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (b) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:“(ii)a foreign lawyer registered under section 36B; or

(iii)

a solicitor registered under section 36E.”.
