Clause 59

Amendment of First Schedule

Part I of the First Schedule to the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 81K” in paragraph 7(1) and substituting the words “section 163”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “section 81Y” in paragraph 8C(1) and substituting the words “section 147”.
