Amendment of section 25A

Section 25A of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Subject to subsection (2A), where” in subsection (2) and substituting the word “Where”;

(b)

by deleting subsection (2A); and

(c)

by deleting the words “or section 130R” in subsection (7)(b).
