Clause 10

Section 31 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) Where an appeal or application has been heard by the Court of Appeal consisting of 2 Judges of Appeal and the members of that Court are divided, the decision appealed against shall stand or the application shall be dismissed, as the case may be.”.
