Clause 12

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 34, the following section:“Court of Appeal may decide application for leave to appeal without hearing oral arguments34A. The Court of Appeal may, without hearing oral arguments, decide any application for leave to appeal to that Court, whether under this Act or any other written law.”.
