Clause 15

Section 11(a) and (b) shall not apply to any judgment or order of the High Court made before the date of commencement of section 11(a) and (b), and section 34 of the principal Act as in force immediately before that date shall continue to apply to such judgment or order as if section 11(a) and (b) had not been enacted.
