Clause 25

Consequential amendments to Children and Young Persons Act

Section 16 of the Children and Young Persons Act (Cap. 38) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (b); and

(b)

by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(d)is a trafficked victim, as defined in section 2 of the Prevention of Human Trafficking Act 2014,”.
