Amendment of section 38

Section 38 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “register” in subsection (2) and substituting the word “land‑register”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “a corporation,” in subsection (3), the words “or a limited liability partnership,”.
