Amendment of section 42
Section 42 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of subsection (2)(e);
(b)
by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (f) of subsection (2) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(g)for the cancellation of an easement under section 106.”;
(c)
by deleting the words “a replacement certificate of title” in subsection (3)(b) and substituting the words “a new certificate of title under section 43”; and
(d)
by deleting the words “instruments of title” in the section heading and substituting the words “documents of title”.
