Amendment of section 46

Section 46(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “State grant or State lease” in paragraph (i) and substituting the words “State title”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “relating instrument” in paragraph (vii) and substituting the words “related instrument”.
