Amendment of section 7
Section 7 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “instrument relating to land” in subsection (1)(c)(i), the words “which is”; and
(b)
by deleting paragraph (b) of subsection (2) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)any person who owns any estate or interest in land, to furnish any information pertaining to the use or any other matter relating to the land.”.
